Is there 2 ok n the package ?

No, only one brush comes with the package.

Can this brush be used with heat like a hair dryer?

I do not use heat in my hair so not sure if it can be used with heat. It is a great detangling brush for my thick very curly hair.

Can you reactivate your charcoal, or replace it, without replacing the whole hairbrush?

No, unfortunately the bristles are not replaceable.

Is the black one glossy or matte?

It's matte. It's a hairbrush. Who cares what the finish is?
