It took us a few times to staple from the 'other' end. As we are old school.. (It does say -'reverse squeeze') I like it very much. Even with arthritis in my 71 year old hands, I find it easy to use. I am not saying that it doesn't take some strength. It does. But it is manageable. And it staples well. Even the staples load differently. We went to load the staples - and hmmm. It says not to put staples at that end, right on the stapler! *chuckle* It is easy to load and there has been no jamming of the staples. Craftsman is a good brand. Not for heavy duty applications. You’re not going to be able to use this for big jobs. But for that once in a while job, it’s fine. I’ve used it a couple of times for tacking down some carpets and hanging some signs. Works great for that. The grip takes a bit of getting used to.
