I mixed with milk and used a blender as I do with all my shakes. This protein tastes like the stuff we had 20 years ago. These days they taste amazing and we are spoilt for choice and flavour. It’s not as good as the mainstream powders flavour wise. But it does the job and fills you up when you need to kill a hunger pang. So if your older like me then it will seem fine. It’s definitely not as bad as I expected and I can easily pound down 3 a day no problem. If your looking for milkshake quality flavour it’s not for you. If your on a budget and want to get your protein up then buy it.
