Do you, or anyone else, make these for sale in the U.S.A.??

The company that makes them have a website: Danells.com. Maybe contact them directly. It’s an excellent product & there’s a good YouTube video on how to do it.

I have orla kiely wall paper ... would this work with this set ? Thank you

It most certainly would! The PVC liner is flame retardant and providing you only apply the covering to the outside face of the shade, wall paper will be fine.

Could I use watered down matt emulsion on this if im painting it? Cant find correct colour in acyrilic. Thanks.

It was a little while ago since I used the kit but I think the outer side of the kit was a glossy plastic that you peeled off to stick to the material. Even if you didn't peel off the covering I don't think paint would coat the material.

Do you sell bell shaped lamp shade kits ?

I'm afraid not Mrs H. We only make, drums, coolies, ovals, squares and rectangles at the moment - sorry
