Review: Excellent value, even better customer service - Tried several similar bags in the past and none were very good - either too small or simply didnt work very well These are excellent, reasonably well insulated, plenty big enough and their square shape means we can get a frozen pizza in and, unlike the cheapo supermarket ones, not a vast amount of cold comes through to the outside. After 6 months of weekly use and, if I'm honest probably cramming too much in, the inner foil liner started to split which was disappointing.....I contacted the seller with a view to possibly getting a discount against a replacement but they weren't having any of that......... instead they sent me a replacement bag next day totally free of charge !!! That is excellent customer service, thankyou

Tried several similar bags in the past and none were very good - either too small or simply didnt work very well These are excellent, reasonably well insulated, plenty big enough and their square shape means we can get a frozen pizza in and, unlike the cheapo supermarket ones, not a vast amount of cold comes through to the outside. A sturdy cool bag, perfect for picnics as well as shopping. As another reviewer stated, it fits in a pull along shopping trolly really well. It arrived a day earlier than expected and I personally think it is well made and value for money. The bag does have a slight musty smell but I'm sure that will fade now it is out of the packaging and left to air.
