Perfectil Plus Skin

After reading reviews everywhere on the internet before purchasing this product I noticed a pattern emerging. People who took these supplements for 3 weeks or less gave the worst reviews simply because they do not understand that you don't magically get results overnight or in 3 weeks for that matter! I decided to trial these for 3 months and then offer my findings in a review and so here it is! *** About me: *** Female 26 years old Some medical issues due to having PCOS *** Why I decided to start taking these supplements: *** I had started to recede on my hairline and my face and back were covered in nasty outbreaks of spots. I also had very dull blotchy skin due to stress and illness. I wanted something to help me look fresh again and boost my confidence so I had a look around and found these supplements. *** Price: *** Once I decided I wanted these supplements, I ordered them on a subscription which was cheap at only just over £10 per month for the 2 types of supplements (The original Micronutrient Tablets and the Nurti-dermal Capsules). They get delivered at the end of every month without me having to remember which is really convenient for me. *** Taking the Supplements *** They are quite large tablets so if you struggle taking tablets then you may want to take this into account before purchasing them. They are very easy to fit into your lifestyle, you simply take them before or after you eat your Lunch or Dinner every day. I like to take them the same time I take my contraceptive pill because then you don't forget and they also have the days on the blister like my pill does which makes it even easier to track. *** The results *** (what you really want to know) ~ Hair: Before: My hair was receding quite badly and I had clumps fall out on the side of my head near my ears so when I had my hair tied back it looked very sparse! After: Now I have noticed my hair has grown again where it fell out on my hairline, It looks like I have a very thin 1 inch fringe at the minute but once it gets longer it will blend in with the rest of my hair. I have noticed my hair feeling fuller on the sides too and I can't see any patches like I used to either. My hair is growing very fast because I have blonde highlights and I have noticed I'm going to have to do my roots a little sooner than usual. Overall: my hair just feels in much better condition and people have commented how shiny and full it looks lately. ~ Skin: Before: Painful outbreaks and very dull After: I haven't really noticed anything yet with regards to my skin but I think this is because I have hormonal imbalances which cause my outbreaks but people have commented that I have a glowing face and I started to look very `well' so something must be working. I don't think I look as drab and dull as I did before. ~ Nails: Before: I've always had long nails that grow very fast but they were never very strong. After: If my nail bends it doesn't break! How cool is that, I used to have nails pinging off all over the place but now I can have a split in my nail and just paint over it with polish and it will grow out. I love doing my nails now because I know they will all stay the same long length till I decide I want to cut them. *** Overall: *** I have really enjoyed seeing the changes and I plan to keep my subscription to this product. I know once my medical issues have improved that this product will be a lot more effective on my skin but the changes in my hair have been magnificent! I would recommend this not only to women but to men also. I love my little fringe because it means that at 26 I don't have to just accept the fact it was gone and believe me, it was missing for a whole year before I decided to take these supplements. I am very happy to have tried these and also I wanted to give you a review to help you out with your decision. Trial them for 3 months like I have and maybe you will want to write about them as much as I do. I have pictures but unfortunately you can't upload them

I bought these supplements in an effort to help my hair and nails grow before my wedding at the end of the year. I have also struggled with my skin for years, though no amount of products/treatments have worked before, so I didn't buy these with any expectations on that front. It is also worth mentioning that I started a new skincare routine around the same time I started taking these (Boots No.7, downgrading from pricer brands that didn't work either). However, I have noticed HUGE results in all areas. I am now into my third month of taking the supplements. My nails are growing long and strong, and the tips are noticeably whiter. My hair is very slow to grow, and whilst that doesn't appear to have changed, it feels a lot thicker and healthier, which is great as I have naturally fine hair. Even my notoriously unobservant other half commented it felt thicker and a grumpy office colleague said it looked really good. Better than all of those points though is my skin...it is the clearest it has been for years. Again, it could be No.7 that has made the difference, but it is looking really healthy considering I work in an office with no windows all week! It's given me that little bit of confidence that I have been lacking for years, and is a great (if shallow!) relief in the lead up to my wedding. If you can commit to taking tablets daily for a few months, it's worth a go!

Cheapest I've found these is on a repeat delivery from Amazon. My hair bulked out and my nails and skin have improved. However, having taken them now for around 3 months, I think I need a "rest" as I think my system is beginning to get used to them. I'll leave off for a month or so and then restart.

From what I know about these pills, you generally you should wait up to 3 months to expect to see results. But this completely depends on each person. My mother who is now 55 has been taking them for as long as she can remember (as you get older there are different types to take, and not necessarily the brand 'Perfectil'). Her skin for her age is astonishing and she is a smoker. I'm 23 and I've been taking them for 8 days. I decided to take them as during this time of the year as a lot of my hair tends to fall out and my skin becomes quite bad. After 8 days I can honestly notice a difference, a lot less hair falls out in the shower and it feels thicker and looks shinier - after reading reviews I really didn't think this would happen as fast as it has. I can't say I've noticed too much on my skin but I am prepared to wait up to 3 months for this to begin happening as my mum has reassured me it takes time. My nails are thicker and stronger and after applying nail varnish 2 days ago I already have white tips. I really would recommend these pills based on my mum's experience of them and my very short but positive experience!

I'm 32 years old and have taken Perfectil for many years now, first the basic one and for the past year or so, Perfectil plus Skin. I buy these on subscribe and save, partly to save a few pounds and also so that I never run out. I did stop taking them for a while to see if they were actually making a difference and the changes were drastic: my hair didn't grow as fast and didn't feel as thick or as healthy, my skin was duller and more prone to spots and my nails didn't grow slower and were very weak. Within a few months of taking them again, I saw big improvements - my hair started to grow faster, felt thicker and looked glossier, my skin was clearer and more radiant and my nails were stronger and grew quicker. I definitely wont have a break from taking them again! I would highly recommend trying these if you want to give your skin, hair and nails a boost, you do need to allow a few months before you see changes though.

29, non smoker, vegetarian and sensitive skin. I've been taking these for a month now and my nails are beautiful. I had terrible peeling, brittle nails that would grow but id have to cut them short. Now I have long strong nails. Skin wasn't an issue, although it has improved greatly. No mega improvements regarding my hair its still fine but I'm hoping month 2/3 that will kick in. Thesevare well worth a try it may take you awhile to see improvements. You can only add what your body needs its up to your body how it uses it.

Great Supplements. Worth buying

I have been taking these tablets for 7 weeks and have already noticed that my hair is looking thicker, and my nails are beginning to grow, BUT and there is a big but, I have recently come out with an itchy red rash on my stomach, chest and arms, and after eliminating things like washing powder etc, I have come to the conclusion that it has to be these tablets as I have read that high levels of biotin can cause rashes like this, and it is too much of a coincidence to be anything else. I am still taking the tablets, (even though I have had this rash for 5 days now, with no signs of improvement), as I would really like to finish the box, as like I said they do seem to be working, but if this rash continues, or gets worse I will have to come off them sooner rather than later. Has anyone else had any similar symptoms?

Ich war wegen meines Haarausfalles schon verzweifelt, ich hatte alle möglichen Vitamine usw. ausprobiert, mit Perfectil nach weniger als einem Monat gab es eine deutliche Verbesserung!
