Consequently if you cut the laminated sheet into many pieces the transparent lamination sheets will remain fixed to the paper, but the cut edges will be liable to water penetration and so will not be as permanent as a fully laminated sheet where the transparent edges have also been stuck together. **Q: My laminator has jammed with the paper inside and i am unable to get it out i have tried pulling it out but it will not budge bought it 6 months ago** A: theres a little lever at the back for when this happens to relieve the paper. Slide the lever and pull the paper. **Q: is the laminated paper stiff or still flexible at some degree?** A: Depends on what you would call flexible, the laminated page is not totally rigid and it remains pliable depending on how thick the laminating pockets are I use 150 micron ( 2 x 75 ) this suits most purposes for me but you can get thicker or thinner depending on needs hope this helps Colin **Q: what is the maximum thickness of paper. I would recommend to anyone looking for a cheap, small laminator thats easy to use. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Laminator *by S***9 on 28 December 2016* Lady of 'a certain age', not given to reading instructions and not in the least bit technical...bought this last week, used first time today - brilliant results....eezy peezy though take care - does get v hot - laminated A4 gloss foto and wrote on it in felt tip - perfect result and no smell - no crinkles and no wrinkles - am now looking for a pouch my size to laminate my wrinkles out!! Comes with pack of trial A4 pouches - also bought 100 pk and mixed pack separately - all came same day tog, all soon after order - wanted one for ages and glad I bought one now -can think of loads of applications for it - with right pack, can laminate from credit card size to A$ (maximum). Wish I'd bought it years ago.....can HIGHLY recommend - but not where there are children playing - suggest best used by adults when alone and with time to concentrate and would NEVER leave it plugged in or unattended - gets v hot as say so treat it with respect and it will do you...stood mine on glass chopping board and never had a problem - v short lead for safety (good) - and had such good results that nothing now not laminated - even Amazon couriers!!
