Online usually the cost of delivery is exorbitant or you have to purchase a shed load to receive free delivery, which is just too much feed for my small flock of hens, bearing in mind the feeds best before date is usually only a few months away. So for years on a two monthly basis I drove out of town to a feed merchant, loaded up my car with feed and hoped it would keep my girls going till I had to traipse back to the merchant again, believe me those two months shot by. I had tried Fancy feeds layers pellets previously and my girls really loved them, well I say loved them, they didn't turn their beaks up in the air and stomp off with the hump, not eating any, as they are prone to do with new feed. I initially ordered one bag to make sure my girls would eat it, they did and still do, and the rest is history! I now have my layers pellets on a ongoing subscribe and save, it's delivered straight to my door, I only need to order what is needed on a monthly basis so no more driving off to the merchants, no more having to lift lots of feed bags, and my girls could not be happier or healthier!
