They are not just 100% vegetarian, but are also subjected to the most rigorous quality procedures to ensure that you get deliciously consistent results every time you use them. All you need to do is simply follow our step-by-step instructions on the pack to re-create the best-loved and traditional favourites of Indian breakfast. Ingredients Semolina (84%), Edible vegetable fat, Bengal gram dal, Cashew nut, Salt, Curry leaves, Raising Agent (INS 500 ii), Mustard, Green Chilli, Ginger, Anti caking agent (INS 551). Directions Mix 1 cup of MTR Rava Idli Mix with 1 cup of water. Let it rest for 15 minutes. Grease an idli stand with oil and pour the batter into the idli molds. Steam for 10-12 minutes. Serve hot with MTR Sambar, coconut Chutney and potato curry. Garnish with tomato slices and cashew nuts.
