Med-Fit Wireless Dual Channel Rechargeable TENS Machine with Remote

I received the TENS machine yesterday. Having been in chronic Lowe back pain for months I was so desperate for it to arrive. I have none alcoholic liver cirrhosis so I am very limited to what pain killers I can take. So I thought this was worth a try. The main feed back I would give is amazing. I used it once yesterday and again today and I feel it has made a definite difference. I still have pain. But certainly helped to take the edge away. I hope that in time this will continue to improve. The machine is easy to use. Instructions are very clear and reassuring. There are no wires to tangle with. It charged very easily and it is invisible to see by anybody else. I wore loose clothes as didn't wasn't to put pressure on the pads. I was aware that when I moved at times the pad did not feel secure but I think once I master the technique of applying the pad ie. Pushing out all the air bubbles and being firmer with the pad this will improve. I am sceptical about how many times the pad can be reused but will follow all instructions to extend the life of the pad. I wish it came in a pouch to enable me to keep all parts optimised and safe. I would definitely recommend it also has a timer and stops once programm is complete and multiple programs for different rhythms for different purposes as well as variations in patch sizes for use in different areas of the body.

Excellent machine, does what it says. Back pain significantly improved. Having 2 units is great, you can use one while recharging the other. A wide range of pads means you can tailor the treatment for different areas of the body. Each pad sticks a number of times. Between use, replace backing plastic to keep pad from drying out. Compact and easy to use, units pop on to pad and away you go. Intensity is increased using remote control so keeps you in control. Charging cable was missing from box, but after contacting the seller, it was send out the next day. Great customer service.

I don't normally leave reviews, but I had so many questions when I bought this thing and no answers so... here we go. It's gonna be a long one! I've been using a different tens machine for period pain for just under 2 years now. I bought one cheap for £30 and it saved me so much money on painkillers. The machine was fine but it was wired and the wire just...kaput. Stopped working. SO! I decided to treat myself to a more expensive wireless version (honestly my old machine lasted longer than anticipated anyway), and I chose this one. Most people here seem to be using it for sports injuries/pain and no one is really using it for period pain (at least not openly) so here I am ladies! Buckle in and I'll give you my honest notes on it so far! Firstly, the lack of wires is great! A true godsend. My old machine I used to thread the wire through the earphone hole in my hoody pocket to hide my wires and machine, which limited me to wearing the same hoody one week every month regardless of weather (summer was a sad time). That struggle is now gone and I'm very glad of it! Secondly, there is a choice between one big pad thing or 2 sets of smaller electrodes. I've found the one big pad to be my preference. The 2 electrodes on it are pretty big, bigger than my individual wired electrodes, and are just the right distance apart. This means no more careful electrode placement when half asleep and bleary eyed at 6 in the morning! Obviously the exact fit will be different for all you beauties out there and it may not sit in the right place if your belly is different to mine, but I reckon it should be about right for a lot of you so I'd recommend trying it first. If it's not right you do have that back up of the smaller electrodes that you can place on each side of your stomach like a more traditional wired tens machine. Thirdly, this thing is strong. It only has 20 intensities, where my old one had 40, HOWEVER I'd regularly be on settings of about 15-20 or higher, and I was nearly at setting 10 just to feel anything at all. Not so here! Setting one and I could feel it gently working. As such I've not cranked it up nearly as high. (Once piece of advice! If you've owned a tens machine, don't think you know how high to crank it. I got cocky and whacked it up thinking i wouldn't feel it at first and holy heck i regretted it! It stings if you go too high! Learn from my mistake and take it slow!) It's not all sunshine and rainbows though. There are a couple of things that I've noticed that are less convenient that you might want to consider. You use a disc that attaches to the electrodes. It's not huge, but it is about the size of my palm (my glove size is small) so you know. Noticeable. If you're using it for period pain like me, you probably aren't wearing anything particularly tight or fitted, but keep it in mind. It's gonna show. It also has a green light (to show it's working) so... although I'm sure you aren't exactly wearing a thin, white, skin-tight mini-skirt (though if you are, more power to you girl friend!) there is a very high chance you will see the light through thinner/ lighter coloured materials. For me personally this isn't a problem as I wear black jeans for the times when mother nature arrives and the light can't be seen at all, but it's definitely something you'll need to consider. The handheld remote itself is probably 3 times the size of my old one. My original machine fit into my palm with room to spare, this one is a good handful, middle knuckle of my middle finger from the bottom of my palm. As there are no wires this isn't a HUGE problem, but you can't clip it to a belt or anything as there's no holder for it. When you take into account the size of pockets in our pants, and the fact those pockets are probably full with your phone and keys, you might find yourself having to keep it in your bag. Again, it's wireless so not the end of the world but if you need to change intensity or switch it on or off you don't wanna be rummaging through the black hole of junk that is your handbag to find the remote. Speaking of switching it on or off, the remote is pretty simple to use. A plus and minus button for intensity, the M button to switch modes, the C button to switch between disc 1 and 2 (you can wear them both simultaneously and have them on different settings and intensities. I've not used the feature but I guess if you're using the other one for something else like back pain that's super useful). No complaints with the settings. My issue is that the discs also have to be turned on. Now. This in itself doesn't sound like a bad thing, but! Each treatment lasts for 3 hours before turning off. Not a problem, you can turn it back off and on again and continue pain relief. Problem is you also have to turn the disc off and on. Which if it is on your back is hard to reach/find. If it's on your abdomen on your front... this means reaching down into your pants to hold the button to turn it back on. Not something you're gonna do on the bus that's for sure! On the upside as I said it goes for 3 hours straight so you can use this to your advantage, especially in the first few days on a heavier flow. Every time it stops, just nip to the bathroom. You can change products as well as switch it off and on again to start more pain relief if needed. It's like a private timer. More frustrating when you don't need to go to the loo every couple hours to change but... it's about finding a way that works for you. Something I have noticed, that I haven't seen mentioned elsewhere, was that turning off the remote doesn't turn off the disc things. I went to take it off at night and turned the remote off. The disc continued to work even though the remote wasn't sending any more signals through. I don't know how long it does this for, whether it would do a full 3 hours, whether it stops after a couple of minutes, or whether it just carries on forever, as I haven't experimented with it yet, but it's something to bear in mind. It might be a good way of preserving the remote's battery life so that it doesn't need charging as often. You only get 2 wires, so you can charge the remote and one disc, or both discs, but not all 3. At the moment I've been charging one disc and the remote overnight, then the other disc charges during the day whilst I'm out at work. This allows me to switch between them, but if you needed to use both discs then maybe switching the remote off would help prevent needing to charge all 3 every day? I'm unsure, just something I've noticed. Onto the actual modes of pain relief themselves. My old machine had 3. A permanent 'buzz', a stronger permanent 'buzz' and a 'pulse'. This one has 4. The first is kind of like a 'buzz' but feels slightly more like a wave than one continuous buzz. There is another mode that does the same thing kind of, but is a lower intensity. Another mode still is more an actual pulse, but slower than the ones I was used to with my old machine. The final mode is a mix of the other 3, cycling between them to prevent you getting desensitized. All the modes have a little pause in them. So it'll 'buzz' or pulse for a few seconds, stop for a couple seconds, then go again, rather than work continuously. It was disconcerting at first as my old machine never did this, but honestly I prefer this method. I don't need to have my machine set to the pulse setting all the time, as the little pause stops me getting desensitized too quickly, and I don't have to up the intensity as soon either. Speaking of the intensities, they're quite a jump between each one. As said before I used to have my old tens machine set quite high and would often jump up a couple of steps at a time. No need with this one. Each step in intensity is noticeable. The flip side of this is that it can reach an unbearably high setting in just one jump so do be careful. I tended to go up a setting AS SOON as I noticed the pain relief was starting to dull, but I can't do that anymore because it's too much in one jump so I have to wait a little longer before I turn it up. Overall this is a great product. It does have its hang ups, but to me it was money well spent. The pain relief is better and more effective, the lack of wires will hopefully give it a longer life span overall and because of threw way i dress during my periods anyway a lot of the 'cons' I've mentioned don't really affect me. It's well hidden under my jeans and the remote sits happily in my hoody pocket no problem. I can't really give an idea on how long the batteries run etc. because I haven't really used it for long enough to get a good idea of that yet, but that's a generic question that I think others have answered in their reviews. In brief: I’ve got a bad shoulder, I’m going on a long train journey, I was attracted to this wireless TENS machine because I can wear the pads without wires coming out of my shirt. It really works. Not only does it work, it works better than my old wired TENS device. After just a few hours, my shoulder was flexible and much less painful, which meant I could do my stretches without the agony. The pads are good and sticky and stayed put in bed overnight - and I wasn’t tangled up in wires whenever I turned over. My only slight criticism is that the remote is quite small. And it would be wonderful if it lit up so I wouldn’t have to put the lamp on at night to switch it on/off. On the other hand, it will slip unobtrusively into my pocket on my long train journey to Glasgow this week without creating an unsightly bulge. I love it. (Obviously, if it lets me down, I’ll amend my review. Hope it doesn’t though, I’m very attached to it. Literally).

Only had for 5 days but wish I’d bought this months ago! I have a prolapsed disc with bad sciatica which I have had since January. The pain has dropped from a 7/8 most of the time to 2. I am managing my work so much better and life in general. Brilliant device, well worth the money!

I agree with the vast majority of reviewers of this machine. I’m impressed by its simplicity, its small size ( the controller is tiny because the tens unit is attached directly to the electrodes) no wires, that’s a big plus. It’s powerful and although I’ve only had it a short time I’m impressed. I slept last night for three hours longer than usual because pain didn’t wake me up. If tens works for you then this is a great buy. As for the length of time the adhesive lasts I intend to follow the hints and keep them damp after each 4 uses. See how we go. Oh yes it’s also rechargeable so no constant renewal of expensive batteries. But the big plus is - it works -unlike the well known make I purchased which has now been returned.

I have only just started to use the machine so I need to see if it works in the long term....however my sciatica does seem to be easing! I appreciate the wireless aspect as I had briefly tried a battery powered one and didn't like the trailing wires In conclusion I am happy with my machine and hope to keep the pain in check without resorting to Ibuprofen. I have had sciatica for many years and suffered flare ups countless times so fingers crossed...but positive so far!

I was looking for a tens machine as I am suffering from shoulder impingement. I had narrowed it down to this one or a wired version. The wired version had over 29,000 reviews but when I read them they talked a lot about the wires snapping, getting tangled etc. so I ordered this one on Amazon prime day. So glad I did! It definately works. I’ve used it for my shoulder, back pain and a twisted knee, my husband has used it for tennis elbow and we both rate it highly! The fact there are no wires makes it so simple to use. You clip the round modules onto the electrodes and then stick the electrodes wherever you are experiencing pain. We have found the electrodes to be great, you can peel them away easily from your skin with no sticky marks or sensitivity. The modes are all very different. Mode 1 is great for limb pain as it’s a constant. I like mode 5 on the back as it feels like a massage with varied pulses. It is very powerful, in mode 1 I haven’t taken it past 2, in mode 5 on my back I use setting 6. (It goes up to 16). The vibration intensity increases the higher the setting. The remote control is good. We have even used it at the same time, with one on each of our arms while watching tv. The battery life seems very good. Each mode runs for 60 minutes than it switches off and you have to start it again. I have done 3 sessions in a row (180 mins) and there still seems to be lots of power left. The only criticism I have is that it only comes with 2 charging leads and you have 3 items to charge. (Remote plus 2 x modules). We had a spare lead in the house as it’s the same lead as the iPhone 15 so this wasn’t a huge issue. Great value for money, eases pain and super easy to use. I wish we had bought one sooner and really glad I chose wireless as you can walk round with it on and no tangled wires!

Un miracolo contro il dolore. Nello specifico soffro spesso di mal di schiena lombare, utilizzandola seguendo le istruzioni, ho provato immediatamente sollievo dai miei dolori che sono, gradualmente scomparsi in circa 15 giorni. L'ho utilizzata anche per il ginocchio e i dolori sono diminuiti già dopo la prima applicazione di circa 2 ore. Semplicissima da utilizzare e da ricaricare, serve soltanto un adattatore per la spina, qualora non si colleghi direttamente alla porta USB del PC. Senza l'uso di medicine, si trova in questa macchinetta una soluzione eccellente hai dolori articolari. Come da manuale allegato suggerisco di iniziare il trattamento con il programma numero 1 che è studiato per la fase acuta dei dolori. Applico la terapia per 1 ora ogni volta. Gradualmente si può passare al programma numero 2, 3 e infine 4 che è il programma studiato per i trattamenti di lungo periodo.

Very good machine, easy to use and been wireless makes some difference

Sono rimasta veramente soddisfatta : già con appena 10/15 minuti di tens il dolore alle scapole è scomparso ed è lunica cosa che me lo allevia e me lo spegne. Ottimo x spalle e schiena.

Handy wee product . ! worked well to ease my moms nerve pain or perhaps distract her from the pain. Made life a little more bearable. The only one drawback id say is that because the device actually goes onto the spot where you have your pain it can be slightly limiting. For example if its on the glutes or the lower back it might make it slightly uncomfortable when sitting or lying down because you will be sitting on the device vs just a pad with the wire ones. Having said that the fact that there are no finicky wires and its easy to take wherever really does outweigh that drawback .

Great product, I would liked more pads but they can be bought separately anyway so not the end of the world.
