What is the 'best before' date on this product

02 2018 This is the best before date on the last bottle I purchased last year 2013

What is the full list of ingredients?

And lactose unfortunately! Only saw this on the packaging when it arrived.

Do you swallow these whole with water, or suck/chew as with conventional homeopathy

You can do either. The tablets are small and easy to chew or swallow, whichever suits you best.

Do these contain any forms of antihistamine?

sorry I have thrown the box and bottle away so don't really know however I used it but I had very mild hayfever and it worked but I have had to move on to more stronger ones as due to present circumstance spending more time in garden, my friend who is allergic to long haired dogs used them and said they helped her. Hope this sort of answers your question?
