The strap that is included- is that for your feet or is it intended for carrying the box? The description isn't clear

The strap is for your feet. It's meant to attach to the reformer under the part that holds the foot bar. The box has metal handles on the sides.

Is this box suitable for all reformers?

It is a box that sits on top of the reformer platform. I would think it would fit any reformer. Check the measurements to be sure. We love our reformer and use it all the time. Good Luck!

Compatible with the aeropilates 700?

Stamia's Pilates Box and Pole is suitable for use with any Stamina Pilates Reformer, including the AeroPilates 700 Premier Reformer, to enhance your Pilates exercises. By adding elevation to Pilates workouts, the durable, padded, solid-wood Pilates box involves more complex muscle combinations, bringing greater flexibility and range of motion. The extendable Pilates pole assists in standing exercises, allowing concentration on single-leg exercises without loss of balance. This Stamina Pilates Box and Pole package also includes an instructional video to help you get the most out of your workout equipment. I hope this helps!
