## Description

From the manufacturer

Review: Traditional Royal doulton quality with modern designs - Solves the old tea dilemma, one cup is never enough but two is too many. These are such a nice size, really good if you like extra froth on your cappuccino. There's a nice range of plates and bowls in the same pattern all around similar prices so will likely look at getting more in this pattern. At the time I brought these the set was £45 and single mugs about a tenner so really god price too.
Review: quality set of mugs - I purchased these as additions to the sets I already had. Really nice quality mugs and my original set has been in use for over 4 years and the mugs are still as good as new. Highly recommend, although desertcart delivery not the best with breakables, but definitely the best on price point.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Royal Doulton produces 2 different sizes for these mugs: small 26 cl, large 45 cl. What exactly is the size of this one? Very confusing.**
A: I agree - the description is inaccurate. I have the large, so-called 45cl ones and they hold no more than 350cl if filled almost to the brim.

**Q: is this made of porcelain or is it melamine?**
A: Porcelain. Size us half way between a standard side plate and a dinner plate. They're great.

**Q: What size are these plates please**
A: They are 16cm in diameter - small side or cake plates.

**Q: is this made of porcelain or is it melamine?**
A: They are china, not as fine as porcelain but definitely not melamine or plastic.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ quality set of mugs
*by A***T on 10 February 2025*

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful and practical large mugs
*by V***M on 21 January 2025*

I like the fact these are a coherent set but the patterns don’t match exactly so people can see easily which mug is theirs. The 400ml capacity is larger than average (without being Sports Direct mug size). They are dishwasher and microwave safe (although haven’t had them long enough to know if the glaze survives the dishwasher).
