So, I’m guessing that if you used the whole amount that you would still get a solid colour. I did mine in the washing machine as there’s more chance of getting it even. The instructions say not recommended for synthetic fibres, but it’s up to you - when things go horribly wrong I tie-dye them as it covers a multitude of colour sins **Q: Has anyone used this dye for Indian Wood Block printing?** A: Sorry no, just in the washing machine (Much better than dylon !!!!) **Q: I need to dye two bath towels plus two hand towels will I get good results with just one bottle of Rit? I am worried about patchy results. Any tips?** A: I'd use two. I did a similar number of towels and got a good strong colour with two. In terms of weight that's what they recommend. **Q: Can you use this for a pair of jeans? My lovely ones have faded so wanted to try and refresh them. Thanks in advance!** A: I used it for s silk/linen skirt and jacket and happy with results. Sorry I can't comment on jean material. ## Frequently Bought Together - Rit All- Purpose Liquid Dye, 8 Fl Oz, Teal - Rit Dye Multi-Purpose Liquid 8 OZ. | Great for Clothing, Accessories, Décor, and Much More | ColorStay --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.no/products/48247243-nakoma-rit-liquid-dye-teal](https://www.desertcart.no/products/48247243-nakoma-rit-liquid-dye-teal) --- *Product available on Desertcart Norway* *Store origin: NO* *Last updated: 2026-10-13*
