But we have been treating my daughter for headline caught at nursery for SEVEN WEEKS, and every time we though she was clear she'd start scratching again, and we'd find more of the little buggers in her hair, so we thought anything was worth a try. And good God, does it work. We last treated her with pharmacy-recommended shampoo two days ago, and this comb killed and extracted three adults and five nymphs (juveniles) just an hour ago. A couple of 'em were still twitching when I pulled 'em out of the comb, but it was nothing that a good squish couldn't solve. We're going to be combing her daily with this until every last blasted egg has hatched (the comb doesn't kill eggs, sadly, but then neither has the five different shampoos that we've tried, despite claiming to!). This product is 100% recommended. (Incidentally, my daughter has very thick hair, and the comb still worked fine; you just need to brush it thoroughly before you start treatment.
