Once a week with 25% water change?** A: Hi I did a water change the first time I used it and it made it slightly clear but no real difference, I dont know if this was due to a water change or the solution. It actually became cloudy after the second use. I went on to use it a further 2-3 times - without water changes and the problem just seemed to get worse. I then ended up buying a UV filter which cleared the tank withing 2 days! Hope this helps? **Q: Having used the correct dose and added it to a water change why are there now cottonwool type particals in the water?** A: I usually see white cloudy bits straight after use, these clear up after the water has cycled through the filter a few times. **Q: Can i use this in a turtle tank** A: Sorry I have never had turtles. Best advice would be from garden centres which have fish department. I have always had good advice from them. Alternatively get in touch with alluvial direct. **Q: Can this clear algae?
