I love this it has really helped my back when I sit on my sofa. It can also be used in your car as there is a strap at the back which secures it. Great price.

Really good product. I recently started driving for about 3 hours everyday due to my job, and very soon my lower back started being painful at the end of the day. I realised that my car's seat was not giving me proper lumbar support and after reading many reviews I decided to buy this product. Initially for the first week or so I was wondering if I have bought the right product, as having this product behind you changes your seating position which your body is not used to. Some days I found it helped my lower back and the pain was less, and on other days it seemed to give more pain. I had to keep adjusting the seat angle and after about 2 weeks I stumbled upon a seat position where it now seems to go really well with my lower back. So I am enjoying it now and it is making my drive lot more easy. In short, this is a really good product - though it may not give 100% comfort as everybody's lower back is different and the car seats are different too. You'll need to try it with the back of your car seat at different angles before you fine the position most suitable for your back. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because I still feel this product is quite large for my liking and sometimes I feel like cutting it a little smaller so that it fits my back better - but that's a personal choice. Overall a very good product.

I bought this with the hope that it would do as described, and offer me some much needed lower back support when using a computer chair, and I have to say I'm honestly surprised, in a very pleasant way, at what a difference it does make. It offers great support, and encourages a much better posture, without seeming to be 'intrusive' in any way. It feels very firm, but is surprisingly soft when in use, and it is extremely breathable compared to the material of the chair it is in use on, so it helps prevent any kind of sweaty build up, which also makes a very pleasant difference. If you suffer from back pain while sat at your computer, or indeed in any chair, this might be exactly what you are seeking. As the worst case scenario, if you purchased this, and it didn't make a difference, you'd be out of pocket by a small amount of money. However, there's a very good chance that you may well consider it a very sound investment, and revel in the relief it gives, and consider it money very well spent. I would heartily recommend this to anybody who feels they need that little extra support, or needs help with their posture when sat.

I'm a delivery driver, and when i'm out delivering across the south west uk, i have this cushion strapped behind my back. I've been using it since mid Jan, so that's over 2 months. When i first tried it, it felt like heaven, the support and the way it made my back very upright and supported felt wonderful. The material it is made from feels very airy and light, the material feels very positive. Looking at it now, after only 2 months of use, it has lost some 30% of it's upright body structure, so it find myself lifting it up in order to raise it up to support my back again. It's a shame it has lost some of it's shape after so little time. That is why i've choosen to take off a star and give it 4 stars. I don't think i would buy this one again, i would look for a different one to try. UPDATE.... It's been a month later since my first review on this product. I do have to say that, i have taken this out of my work van and into my car lots of times, and each time i wonder if the strap which holds it to the back of the seat will snap. I'm happy to report that it hasn't. I would also like to correct my previous comment about it loosing its shape. On taking it out off the seat for a while, the orignial shape has returned. It looks and feels like new still. I would recommend this product fully to anyone.

A good quality support pillow, though it is VERY bulky and so heavily sculpted that it is only really any use on a chair with a completely flat back. On a dining chair or something with a similar shape, this is probably a great product, since the foam is comfortable and it is well built, but almost all office chairs have some level of contour, and as with mine this cushion is far too bulky and sculpted and actually made my back ache worse, as it forced me to sit in a very unnatural position. Overall, I would not recommend this unless it is to be used on a chair with a totally flat back, as it will likely just make any back pains worse

I do a lot of driving with my job and noticed I was having more and more back problems due to keeping my arms in a static position for many hours. My shoulders and neck would be quite sore that I was going to a massage therapist regularly. I initially had my seat placed quite vertical so that I could bend my arms but I was probably too close to the wheel as checking the passenger side mirror wasn't as easily viewed. I thought having my seat as upright as possible would help my posture, as it is too easy to recline the seat for comfort and I don't like being seated too low. There's some sites that inform you on how to adjust you seat to be more ergonomically correct, and even how you get into and out of your vehicle can cause problems. My seats, while of premium leather interior are comfortable initially, they cup you in on either side, forcing a concave spine. What i needed was to be able to push my shoulders back and not curl into the seat. This cushion is soft - not as bulky as I'd feared from reading some reviews. I don't use the strap because it probably wouldn't go around the car seat - but that is not a problem because you can just place it on your back and it will stay in position as long as you're not moving around too much. The material is soft enough to not feel bulky but does depress during driving. It definitely provides the added support where I need it - mid-back. It gives me additional distance to be able to adjust my seat away from the wheel by reclining back to allow me to still have a comfortable bend in the arms. I really like this cushion and would not hesitate to recommend it.

An Interesting product, but not perfect! I own this version, and the cheap "copy" version... And as much as It pains me to say, they both have an equal footing this race! The cheap version is slightly smaller, not as well built but uses a much denser foam, so it's very very comfortable as it moulds to your body. This version not as dense, much lighter and feels more like a standard pillow. In my opinion these should come in different strengths, therefore allowing the buyer to select a dense, normal, or light foam. I prefer the dense foam as it gives me lots of support when sitting for long periods of time (when marathoning a tv show for example) where as this lighter foam, feels like it provides less support, but it looks and feels like a much better built product. Overall I give this 4* and would give them a fifth of we could choose the strength of the foam. But if you don't need really really dense foam, then this product will, do you fine. It's supportivd, it's very well built, it's good value and it works. But if you need or want really dense foam, then this is not the right product for you. Over all this Is a good item, a good purchase and a strong 4* product.

I was experiencing back problems for which I was going to physiotherapy. I bought this cushion for my day job in the office as well for driving. Not only did it help, it made me more consistent with my posture. It was comfortable to position and if your chair allowed it, it has a back strap that lets you secure the cushion to a specific height. The foam wasn't the hardest so it felt like the support lessens over time, but not to the point of losing its functionality. Taking breaks from sitting, as you are supposed to, allows it to reform its shape and I noticed no further discomforts. I have used it in the office on chairs, as well as on the sofa at home. It has always been taken in the car and has greatly reduced discomfort on the daily commute as well as 3+ hour drives over the country. I highly recommend this.

Ich habe mir dieses Kissen für das Auto bestellt. Aufgrund massiver Probleme mit der Wirbelsäule habe ich selbst bei kurzen Fahrten immer starke Schmerzen bekommen. Seit ich dieses Kissen verwende, kann ich jetzt auch wieder längere Fahrten ohne Probleme machen. Es passt gut auf meinen Autositz (SUV) und ist mit dem Gurt auch gut zu befestigen. Das Kissen ist weich, aber trotzdem so fest, dass es den Lendenbereich super unterstützt. Auch bei einer langen Fahrt schwitzt man nicht. Ich bin einfach begeistert und habe mir noch weitere Kissen für die Verwendung am Bürostuhl und am Gartenstuhl bestellt. Von mir gibt’s eine klare Kaufempfehlung!

Der erste Test war von Prag an die Ostsee und ich muss sagen es hat wirklich geholfen hat eine ganz andere Haltung beim sitzen auf einer langen Autofahrt.

Es perfecta para lo que necesitaba, tengo una hernia lumbar y soy comercial por lo tanto paso muchas horas en el coche y he notado ya en su primer uso que mi dolor dismuia considerablemente.

Bin begeistert, hab das Kissen auf meinem Küchenstuhl, möchte nicht mehr aufsteigen, sehr angenehm im Lendenbereich. Demnächst längere Autofahrt, dann teste ich weiter.
