Making it ideal for 2 & 3D cartridges. My sons had these for Christmas as an upgrade from the Dsi .... We did not bother with the 3d machine previously, but as most of the new release games only come in 3ds format this solved everything. The game included in this pack is a digital download & not a separate game . So you can only use the game on this machine. I purchased silicone protector covers & the Nintendo zip up cases.
