Is this mask isocyanate (2k paint) safe?

NO. Air fed only. If applying isocyanate by brush or roller you need an A1 filter according to 3m site. They state specifically that even that is unsafe with iso and to use airfed at all time. There is no recovery from damage caused bty Isocyanate.

Is this mask & filter suitable to use for Alcohol ink art? Thank you.

I’m not sure,but I used for cleaning product’s and my nouse was unblocked and I was better with the mask.I reduced my allergy from the chemicals

Is this okay for working with asbestos and very fine dust?

Definitely not, you'l need a professional air fed mask system for asbestos

how often do I have to change the filters out?

I do not use the mask for spraying but only for working with MDF so I can't help with any information regarding paint spraying. I am only a DIY user so don't use the mask every day. I change the pre-filters when they look to be coated with dust. I have changed the main filters once in a year. It is comfortable to wear and seems to seal to the face ok.
