Should the wheels move freely along the axel when assembled or should there be some sort of spacer? Blind so printed instructions of no use.** A: it works well for me, neatly assembled and rolls properly. I use it on a carport and it never caused an issue. amazingly good product for less money and great for ABS and Arms. Make sure you check the you tube videos to conduct the training properly. Over doing / stretching will demotivate you and cause pain on arms and Abs. **Q: Never thought about the carpet!....would a yoga mat work?** A: Can use it on carpet aswell, no problem! **Q: I'm very into fitness at 72 and would like a stronger core. Would this be too demanding? (planks are no problem)** A: That's very difficult to answer I'm afraid. You are the one who knows your fitness more than anyone else and your strengths and capabilities. However for an average 72 year old I would advice against using this product as it is an advanced training technique. I hope that helps - Jenny **Q: Can it be taken apart so that it becomes more portable?** A: NO. ## Frequently Bought Together - 66Fit Ab Roller Wheel & Knee Pad - Abs Core Abdominal Workout Fitness Exerciser, Ideal for Core Training, Home and Gym Workout, Black - PROIRON Power Twister, Adjustable Hydraulic Resistance 10-200kg, Chest Exerciser for men, Fitness Chest Expander, Arm Exercise Equipment, Arm Strengthener, Chest Workout, Bicep Shoulder Exercise --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.no/products/48136022-66fit-ab-roller-wheel-and-knee-pad-abs-core-abdominal](https://www.desertcart.no/products/48136022-66fit-ab-roller-wheel-and-knee-pad-abs-core-abdominal) --- *Product available on Desertcart Norway* *Store origin: NO* *Last updated: 2026-10-27*
