Will it fit a BMW 240i?

Same answer as offered umpteen times previously, this bike rack attaches to a tow hitch ball only, not directly to the vehicle. So any vehicle equipped with a tow hitch 2” ball will work as long as there is clear space at the rear of vehicle directly above the trailer tow hitch ball.

Does this have a 'tilt' feature so you can open the car boot when attached?

No it doesn't tilt but it is easy enough to take off and put back on.

Can I fit this to the towbar of my motor home

It fits all toe - bars as far as I'm aware (doesn't move at all) good job

Will it carry a e bike plus a mountain bike

Remove the battery of the ebike then weigh it before adding to bike rack. You can use a luggage scale for weighing.
