(thanks!!!)** A: Both are 30cm. Warning - be aware there are no spares available for this unit so if it goes wrong your gubbed. **Q: Are parts this available for this electric fire?** A: To try and get a replacement motor for the log effect on this model I phoned Dimplex and was told that there are no spare parts for this model but they offered me a 'good discount' (their words) on a new model. I told them that if they had made it clear up front that there were no spares I wouldn't have bought the fire in the first place - no effect. **Q: is the fireplace an off white colour or cream** A: Its more cream n tho it loks good its v loud! **Q: What height is the suite?** A: Suite DimensionsA: 915 mm heightB: 934 mm widthC: 297 mm depth ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good looking fire and lovely heat output *by C***H on 10 October 2026* A beautiful fire and surround, the flame effects are gorgeous and so cosy can’t recommend this fire enough it’s just amazing 5 stars ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well made solid fire *by G***S on 22 September 2026* Really impressed with it...Good sturdy well made surround, the fire is excellent and easy to use, the heat is there as soon as you switch it on..fire effect settings are good...10 out of 10 all round!.. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful fireplace *by B***S on 17 January 2026* Most beautiful fireplace I've ever had .The quality was amazing and so easy to set up ,it looks fantastic! ## Frequently Bought Together - Dimplex Chadwick Optiflame Electric Fire Suite, Cream Stone Effect Fully Assembled Fireplace Suite with LED Flame Effect, Variable Flame Height, Log Style Fuel Bed, 1.5kW Fan Heater and Remote Control - Dimplex Hearth Pad, Slate Effect Resin Hearth Mat, Slate Grey Accessory for Electric Flame Effect Fires, Size: 1.5(H) x38(D) x 80(W) cm - Adam Short Angled Stove Pipe in Black --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.no/products/48016104-dimplex-chadwick-fully-assembled-optiflame-electric-fire-suite-complete-fireplace](https://www.desertcart.no/products/48016104-dimplex-chadwick-fully-assembled-optiflame-electric-fire-suite-complete-fireplace) --- *Product available on Desertcart Norway* *Store origin: NO* *Last updated: 2026-10-22*
