As I was learning I was concerned with the quality finding that when playing some chords they were sounding a bit sitar like. but the more I played the more I realised it was down to me being a beginner. I would recommend taking it to your local music shop and asking them about some new strings just so you know exactly what your getting. Now i'm looking for my next guitar which I will purchase in the next 6 months, I can definately hear the differenc when watching youtube videos or playing more expensive guitars in the shop. For example its easy to hear the warmth of a Gibson or Seagull (what i'm considering) but as far as learning the guitar I would highly recommend this guitar. Also, the strap is pretty pointless because it is designed for 2 strap buttons but the guitar only comes with the single one at the bottom of the guitar rendering it pretty much useless so I use it on my sg instead.
