Hi, could you please confirm the height - is it the 106cm high extra tall version. thank you

It's 68.2cm tall. It's for a standard gate

Does this gate open both ways? Thanks :)

Yes, the gate opens both way. There's a button on top you pull back to release and push open which way you want it to open. The gate does shut quickly so be careful the dogs head isn't about to push through. A great gate though.

The opening for the Gate that I'm looking for is 86cm at the bottom due to the skirting and to 92cm at the top. Is there an option that will work?

I had a similar issue and ended up screwing a piece of wood to the wall on one side - the same depth as the skirting board.
