A: Knot size is the size of the brush at the handle.

**Q: Only had it for a week and the chrome parts gone white. only soaked the bristles in warm water?**
A: I’ve had mine for a couple of years and that’s never happened. I’d definitely request a refund as it’s not normal.

**Q: Anyone else's gone white?**
A: Tried the White range, Still not as good as the original. Defo get the pre-shave as it reduces ingrown hairs etc.
