Have you made any improvements, please?** A: Bought one for my brother, very heavy, solid build (metal). Made several plectrums from a bank card, perfect, there is a small file built into the Pickmaster to smooth the edges. Great quality. **Q: Would it work for cutting felt plectrums as used for ukulele?** A: May work but wouldn't like to swear to it. May also end up blunting the blade a bit! **Q: What thickness will this cut - would it cut through CDs?** A: I haven't tried it on CD's. But is very effective on credit cards which make excellent picks. **Q: Is this suitable for electric bass guitar plectrums, as apparently there is a difference between these and other plectrums.** A: Not sure about the difference between guitars but the difference between these plectrums is that you can personalise your playing by making your own plectrums with the pickmaster. This cunning tool not only recycles packaging and safely destroys old credit cards, it will also save you time and money. Cuts plastic up to 1mm thick. To use: slide old credit card or plastic packaging into Pickmaster, line up cutting area through the whole in the top, squeeze grip and hey presto, your very own plectrum!
