This did not work for my receiver, no signal to the speakers. Is it something wrong with the connection ?

Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting us regarding the issue you are experiencing with the banana plug. We understand that you are facing difficulties and are here to assist you. The problem you are encountering may have several possible causes. To troubleshoot the issue, we recommend checking the following factors: 1. Ensure you use speaker wire with a gauge of 12 to 18; this thickness is compatible with our banana plugs. 2. It is recommended that the speaker wire be stripped of about 14mm of insulation to ensure complete contact between the core and the plug. 3. Once the installation is complete, ensure the wire is securely connected to avoid loosening during use. If you have tried the above steps and cannot resolve the problem, don't hesitate to contact our customer service department for further assistance. We offer an 18-month warranty on all our products and will happily help you find a solution. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Best regards, VCELINK Support Team

You asked How many amps? as to how much current?, ap to 5Ampers continuous, 25Amps short duration, should be perfectly safe, and makes 5^2 x 8 Ohms = 200Wats real RMS
