Hi, could this be used between my cars battery (12v) and a tablet i am charging? draw will be around 3 amps total

As it's copper plated aluminium I wouldn't recommend it.

Hi got Logitech z906 what gauge I need for the best sound (need just for rear speakers)

The AmazonBasics 16-Gauge Speaker Wire should be fine.

will this be suitable for surround speakers at 7 meters length? Thanks for taking the time

Yes, you can use it upto it's max 15m length at 14 awg. If you need longer, get thicker cables.

So to use this outdoor with outdoor speakers you'd need a covering conduit to protect it? Its is not for outdoor use?

I've used this outdoors as it has a thick covering the actual wire. Been outside constantly for maybe 2 years now. I'm sure its not certified for outdoors.
