Same principle as using a tea cosy. Without a thermal barrier to keep heat in, tea or coffee naturally cools down rather quickly when in a pot. :) **Q: Are any spare filters provided with the product?** A: Hello,No spare filters are included in this. **Q: Does this have themdouble, glass wall?** A: Thank you for your email. The glass beaker is not a double wall but it is made from heat resistant borosilicate glass. **Q: how many mugs does it make?** A: approximately 3 standard size mugs or 4 small ones ## Frequently Bought Together - Bodum 34oz Chambord French Press Coffee Maker, High-Heat Borosilicate Glass, Polished Stainless Steel – Made in Portugal - Bodum Bistro Electric Blade Coffee Grinder, Black - Bodum 27oz Bistro Gooseneck Electric Water Kettle, Pour Over Coffee & Tea, Stainless Steel, Matte Black --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.no/products/47876294-chambord-8-cup-1-0l](https://www.desertcart.no/products/47876294-chambord-8-cup-1-0l) --- *Product available on Desertcart Norway* *Store origin: NO* *Last updated: 2026-10-06*
