I've always used electric toothbrush before, tried Philip Sonicare and Oral-B Smart Series, although they both do the job well, I find them a little too abrasive sometimes. My dental hygienist suggested to alternate electric and manual toothbrush, so I bought Curaprox. I use Curaprox now every morning in the shower, it keeps my teeth clean and bright but also very gentle on the gum! It also comes with a protector cup to keep the brush head hygienic.
