I use them as everyday workboots and expose them to harsh cleaning chemicals and just after two years of beating them up, they’re barely showing signs of wear. Highly recommended. Review: Buy your exact fit. - Let me preface this review with a disclaimer. These boots will be a bit snug on first impression. They are made of very good quality leather and they are made to fit exactly to your foot. So make sure you get your size or a half size up. Don’t go smaller, you will regret it. They do require a short break in period. For me it was about a good 2-3 work days before they were good and broke in. Now, these are the most comfortable pair of boots I’ve ever worn in my life. I’ve never found a pair of Chelsea style slide on boots that I felt didn’t slip and slide around on my feet. These boots fit snug and securely like laced boots. I can run, jog, jump and do any number of activities and these boots are not coming off accidentally. The sole being super thick with wide lugs gives me a very nice and confident feeling climbing lifts, ladders, stools and other equipment.
