What type of adhesive glue is this? What is the name specifically?

Do not know the specific name of the adhesive. It is white and cushioned on the back of the tile. It is very sticky so if removing at a point it will take up paint and drywall.

Are these flexible? Be able to bend

Not flexible, you can easily cut it to fit the corner.

Se pueden instalar en paredes que no están lisas

Sí, debe agregar adhesivo de construcción adicional si se instala en superficies rugosas.

Is it mold resistant?

Yes, the surface is mold-resistant, if you are going to install on somewhere which is prone to get wet, we recommend sealing off all gaps between tiles.
