RxZell Cough Relief

These work just as well as the name brand capsules but at such a bargain. So much easier to take than liquid cough medicine.

Soothing Relief That Actually Lasts I’ve been trying this cough suppressant for a couple of weeks now, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how well it works. Each softgel has 15 mg of dextromethorphan, and the “8-hour” label has been pretty accurate in my experience—I don’t find myself coughing through the night or needing to redose constantly. That alone makes this a big win compared to some liquid syrups I’ve used in the past, which wear off quickly and leave me waking up coughing. The convenience of the softgels is another plus. They’re small, easy to swallow, and don’t leave the medicinal aftertaste you often get with cough syrups. I also really like that they’re non-drowsy—I’ve taken them during the day without feeling groggy, which means I can get through work without distraction. That said, this is a suppressant, not an expectorant, so it won’t help if you’re looking to loosen mucus. For me, though, when my cough is more about irritation and tickle, this is exactly what I need. If your cough tends to come with a lot of chest congestion, you might want something different or use this alongside another product. Bottom line: A reliable, long-lasting cough relief option that works well for controlling that dry, nagging cough—easy to take and non-drowsy, which makes it a very practical addition to the medicine cabinet.

Great service and quick delivery. Product is exactly like name brand. It stops the coughing.

great product, definitely works as intended. though the gel caps can sometimes melt together

I was sick one night, well a few nights, in the beginning of the year. I couldn't pay for tesselon pills cuz the price of it. I ordered these, and they were better and faster. This isn't required, but I took 2 at the same time that night, then one pill twice a day. I was over the sickness after 3 days. This has been my lifesaver than taking liquid syrup medicine.

Reasonable price and highly effective to stop coughing without causing one to be sleepy. Highly recommended as I have had this product in hand and have used it when necessary for coughing associated with colds across the years.

works for me.

Could not find this anywhere in town! Only liquid, gummies or combined! Great value, no aftertaste, calms cough, no sleep issues. Lasts more like 6 hours for me, but same for every capsule! Consistent!
