Is the spindle removable as my spindle is 69mm long. pindle removable

No it is not removable with me I needed the smaller ones but got the wrong ones it is fixed.

Can I return these if I try them on my windows but they are not the right ones ?

Why won't they fit? They are universal,I've fitted 25 no problems, don't know about returns, shouldn't need to anyway.

Can the spindle be cut to size to fit ?

Yes it can, but be careful not to cut off too much. Also check to see if your existing spindle will fit.
