Super Socks!
I have purchased and worn a variety of Darn Tough socks. I do love the fact they are made in the USA. I also like natural fabrics, especially wool for all seasons. These socks have performed better than any socks of any fabric I have ever worn, no hype, just fact. They have the perfect blend of elastic fabric interwoven in order to keep the socks snug but not too tight to the foot and ankle, and keep them from working downward into the boot or shoe. I wear the XL men's size, with a foot that is about a size 12, I prefer a 13 Boot with some room in the toe box. I wear an XL sock so that I do not punch holes in the toe so easily. These folks in Vermont have a premier warranty and they honor it. I purchased the thick tactical boot socks (my favorite), have worn them for 2 years (in rotation). They never developed any toe holes .. however, somehow they did tear, I don't now how or when. I contacted Darn Tough through their warranty service, shipped the socks back, received a credit for a new pair which was promptly shipped. My cost was only postage to ship to them to the company (far less than a new pair would have cost) ... AND, I had worn them for two years through all seasons. NONE of my other socks through the decades lasted two years. Highly recommend this product, AND this company. Best of the Best!

Darn Tough Socken sind die besten Socken ever ! Hervorragender und sehr angenehmer Tragekomfort. Man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute sofort wohl in den Socken. Sowohl beim Lightweight als auch das Heavyweight Modell. Man hat nie das Gefühl von "nassen"Füßen oder des Schwitzens und die Socken "riechen" auch nicht nach mehrtägigen Tragen. Top ist auch dass die Socken nicht rutschen oder sich aufrollen und immer gut an den Fuß und das Bein angepasst bleiben. Dies ist sehr wichtig weil es ansonsten unweigerlich zu Blasen am Fuß oder "Drücken" im Stiefel kommen würde. Der Preis ist zwar hoch aber für diese Topqualität zahle ich gerne etwas mehr. Der Benchmark unter den Socken !
