Even if they had sent a replacement, as many others have already reported, the replacements also often fail so not much point unless you are happy to have to continually replace the item. I contacted Amazon CS in the end who kindly refunded me for the item.Too bad as is it's a nice keyboard but fatally let down by it's battery and charging, which was never great.I now have a similar item that I got from Aliexpress for just over 20 Euros with wireless dongle (more reliable) and which arrived in 6 days! It's not a nice in function as the Arteck or UK layout but it's a compromise I'll have to live with!--[Update 04.24] After just over a year of satisfactory use and I am still happy with it overall, my keyboard has now succumbed to what many others have also reported here (check the 1 star reviews): battery charging was always slow and battery life not great, but now it won't charge at all.
