Caraway Non-Stick Ceramic-Coated 9" Square Pan

We bought a baking pan and were so pleased with it we bought 3 more. They are non stick and clean up easily.

I've been using this cooking sheet for a few months now. The size is perfect for my Breville oven. It washes up well. Definitely a keeper!

Caraway cooking and bakeware is ceramic, attractive and comes with color choices. It’s extremely easy to clean. Warm soapy water, rinse, towel dry. So do not plan to toss it into the dishwasher. It cooks beautifully and requires wood tools or possibly rubber, to prevent scratching. So you see it’s not your regular cookware. It requires careful storing so the ceramic surfaces are not damaged. This is cookware and bakeware you learn to pamper. It’s like a special jewelry item or fine china. So why buy it? Besides being attractive it does really do the job very well. The cookware does not require high heat but the bakeware uses the suggested heat settings and bakes evenly. I recommend lining the bakeware with parchment paper to get the goodies out easily. The value depends on the pocketbook and the ability to adjust to a different way of handling your cookware and bakeware. We were replacing our very old cookware and some bakeware. Value for the money probably rates low and we have watched for sales and purchased what we want over time. Let’s just say value is questionable. A piece could be a nice gift item.
