I located an important TV Trunk cable in no time at all. Clamped on to the outer shield of the Trunk and earthed the other with earth stake and was able to trace cable thru 2 completely covered pits a total of about 600 meters. Add TV cable locating to its list of uses! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Posseseurs de robot tondeuse (à cable prériphérique) ne cherchez plus. *by on Reviewed in France 8 September 2026* Ne chercher plus, vous ne voulez plus tourner 3h dans votre jardin avec votre détecteur actuel, en vous demandant quelle force de signal mettre au niveau de l'émetteur, en galérant avec le niveau de sensibilité du récepteur (j'ai fait ça, en voulant payer un truc moins cher), en vous retrouvant à faire des trous à droite et à gauche pour finir par refaire un câblage entier par dépit (j'ai fait ça aussi...). Avec mon robot et celui de mes parents vieillissant à gérer, je me suis dit qu'il était temps de mettre le prix dans quelque chose de sérieux. Donc, réglage automatique, vous allumez, ça bip, vous n'avez même pas à vous baisser le détecteur est super efficace. Le signal s'affaiblit rapidement d'un coup ? Vous passez en manuel pour réduire d'un cran la réception, et voilà, à l'endroit ou le signal disparait, sur une largeur de 2 à 3 louchés (bêche) vous soulevez la terre et c'est tout, c'est là. J'ai mis 20mns tout compris (branchement, détection, réparation) chez moi et chez mes parents. A noter : fonctionne aussi bien avec les coupures "non franches", genre câble rongé ou oxydé mais pas complètement. Bref, si j'avais eu quelqu'un pour me conseiller correctement j'aurais acheté ce produit il y a 10ans, lors de l'achat du robot. Je n'aurais pas payé d'autres mrd par esprit d'économie. Entre ça et lâcher 2500€ dans un nouveau robot RTK, 4G, lidar, caméra et IA (bref tout ce qui peut tomber en panne...) et acheter le modèle de détecteur "Spécial Husqvarna" à 250€, je vous laisse faire votre choix (d'ailleurs jetez un oeil au look du modèle "spécial Husqvarna" et ce produit, hormis la couleur je vous fiche mon billet que ça sort de la même usine).
