Does the 2015 fusion 2.0 EcoBoost have 2 of these or are they 2 different sensors

There are 2 different sensors. This one is on the fuel rail behind the engine, near the brake master cylinder. The other one is CM5225 which is on the front of the engine on the passenger side. I replaced both, one at a time to correct a stalling problem after restart. The CM5250 seams to be what fixed our problem (2 weeks, no stalling).

Is this the sensor that goes near the oil fill cap or is it located behind the motor?

This one goes behind the motor. If you fusion is stalling this will completely fix your issue. Super easy to replace.

What is the tread pitch?

It will thread into and seal 1/8"-27 NPT using PTFE tape. I threaded mine into the gauge port on an adjustable fuel pressure regulator. However, I assume Ford's set up is slightly different in order for it to seal using the O-ring.
