Not effective if meds must be taken at specific times. Suggested improvements would be a third row of buttons for mid day or bedtime meds in addition to am and pm (dinner?). Also if made in multiple color options for multiple family members including pets to have their own. Yes they can be labeled separately but different colors in addition to the individual name labels would be more identifiable and distinct and prevent crossover errors.
