So I added 1 pill to 1/2 a cup of applesauce. It’s best if you mix it and wait a few minutes. The applesauce will Kindof thicken up. It was easy to take. It takes a few hours to work its way into your system. For example, if you take it before dinner, you might still be very hungry at dinner, but won't snack late at night (or not so much.) I took this late at night to avoid snacking in the middle of the night, woke up hungry and had a little snack, but at breakfast I wasn't starved as I usually am. I had to make myself eat a little something just to keep my blood sugar stable, but wasn't really hungry.
