I love balsamic glaze! I found it maybe a decade ago and have kept a bottle around ever since. A little on beef makes any steak taste wonderful. Works on some veggies too. But I wasn't crazy about the brand my local store stocks - a bit on the sweet side. I even tried making my own but it is a lot of work and no better than store-bought. So last time I finished off a bottle, I took a chance and bought this off Amazon for the same price as the store brand. Perfect! Thick, rich, a touch of sweetness but not much. Immediately bought two more bottles to have on hand. I am impressed at the quality and price and hope Amazon keeps stocking it!

I use this for a lot of things. As a marinade, as a salad dressing, over fish, chicken, pork mixed vegetables, just about everything. Will definitely buy this again.
