Arrived well packaged, no leaks. QR code on front to instructions. Just set a brew going, smells right.

The instructions are allegedly available on an app. However, amongst tons of instructions for other products which you have to scroll through, there are no specific instructions for this product on the app, or written anywhere.So the scoby remains on the side til i get so bored looking at it, I throw it in the bin.I should have returned it immediately. It's already been months. I look at the package in the hope of having a lightbulb moment, but it hasn't came yet.

you know I was going to give this a detailed review but just realised that they haven't put the effort in you'd expect as a customer so why would I put the effort in to tell them what they should fix. It's not terrible but no it's really not great.
