Review: Better Than AirPods! - These earbuds are probably the best ones that I have tried. After falling victim to the AirPods trend and buying a pair, I ended up returning them less than a week later because they were terrible. I was a little weary to pay a lot of money for another pair of earbuds again, since I am used to paying 30$ or under, but I have to say these were worth their weight in gold. Starting off with the sound, it is absolutely amazing. The sound comes out clear, and the app has so many different specific sound effects you can change it to to suit your needs. The noise cancellation is my favorite, though. I have never had a pair of earbuds genuinely cancel out noise and boy do these do that! As a neurodivergent person, I find outside noises to be very distracting especially when I am trying to do work. These cut out so much of the background noise and they also make naturally loud sounds much more bearable. These earbuds also connect to my phone quicker than any other earbuds I have ever had before, it's almost automatic. I haven't tried switching the bluetooth between two devices yet, but if they can connect to my phone so quickly I don't think they would have any trouble changing devices either. Another one of my favorite things about these earbuds are the battery life. It is fantastic! I have used these earbuds constantly and have never had them go dead, they charge so fast in their case, and after several days of use the case is still almost at full battery! I paid roughly 20$ more so that I could have a "pretty" color since I'm a bit of a color snob and didn't want boring black or white ones. I am so happy I spent the extra money because the green color that I got is absolutely gorgeous. The case is stunning and I like the matte finish that it has.
Review: Very comfortable, insanely good battery life - I love these headphones. I'm not an expert on sound quality and did not feel like dedicating many hours of research into finding the best in my price range, so I made my purchase decision based on the following: name brand, comfort, price, reviews. Brand: I've owned many Anker products and a Soundcore corded headphone. I have loved all of them, and they all still work many years later. When I buy electronics, I first check if Anker sells what I want and I almost always end up buying their version. I'm never disappointed. When I looked for headphones, I checked Anker before searching other brands, then immediately returned to Anker. I don't listen to music professionally and do not need the absolute best in sound technology and therefore cannot justify spending hundreds of dollars on headphones. These fit the bill. Comfort: I originally ordered another pair of Soundcore headphones (the P20i) only to return them. I had not used wireless headphones before, and I picked a kind that looked like most headphones that I see people wear. They had a piece that comes down over the bottom of the ear (what would connect to the wires on a wired set), and I immediately hated it with a passion. I knew I'd never use the headphones at all because they weren't comfortable. I returned them and bought the A40 instead. These are perfect for me. They're comfortable and don't have that annoying plastic piece. Also, I think the rubbery part that goes in your ear is different in the A40, because it's more comfortable there as well. The A40 is just all around better than the P20i's to wear. Price: You really can't beat the price. I paid $45 for them during a sale and it's money well spent. I could have gone cheaper, but I don't think I would have liked them as much and therefore wouldn't use them as often. I also could have paid more for better quality or a different brand, but I don't think the improvement would have been worth it for me. I use them around the house for music, not for work or anything truly listening intensive. Reviews: If 20k people like it, it's bound to be good, right? Most of the time, yes. In this case, it's definitely true. I read a few reviews from people who use these headphones in the way that I do, and they all liked the headphones. I also read some reviews of other, more expensive headphones, and was immediately lost in extreme technical detail and decided I did not need to worry about any of that. Now that I've used the headphones for a while, I am quite pleased with two features I didn't factor into my decision. Battery life: I am quite honestly shocked at how good the battery is. The individual earbuds hold charge, as does the case. Every time you put the earbuds back in the case, it recharges the earbuds from the case. I've charged the case twice in the ten months I've owned it, and the second charge was a 10% top-up. I don't use the headphones all that often, but at this rate I don't think I'll need to charge them for another 2-3 years. In comparison, my old wired Soundcore earbuds need charged every 4-5 days, and I use them slightly more than I use the bluetooth earbuds. Phone app: While the app has a lot of unnecessary things (like AI stuff, just why?), it's also an intuitive app that has the features you want to use front and center. You don't need to have the app to use the headphones, but I think it's the only way to you can activate the noise cancelling feature. There's a dial to adjust the type and how much noise cancelling you want, which is nice. There's also equalizer presets which make a difference in the sound, but the default is perfectly adequate. A bonus feature is a way to personalize the sound from each earbud. I've not done this yet, but I have hearing loss in one ear and I think this feature will help. Overall these are great headphones and I recommend them for general use, especially if you have difficulty finding comfortable earbuds.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Anyone know if any Comply tips fit these buds? These fit poorly for me with the stock silicone tips.**
A: I asked Comply directly. They said they don't know. I submitted a request to test.

I also asked on Reddit. Was suggested the TW200As would fit. They don't. They're too big. Awaiting a return as I bought directly from Comply

**Q: Will they stay in if you sleep with them in?**
A: These are slim profile and comfortable, yes u can sleep with them in.

**Q: How do these compare to bose quiet comfort earbuds? price point is significantly lower but they look more comfortable for side sleepers on long flight**
A: I can side sleep in these and I have pretty small ears. The battery is also better on these. Bose is hard to beat for noise cancellation, I would say these are much better overall. Of Bose were a 10 for ANC these might be an 8? Much better than the price point IMO.

**Q: Do they have an auto-off feature when you put them back in the case? When do they turn off automatically?**
A: They do disconnect when you put them in the case, but if you don't close the lid, they won't charge. Ask me how I know?

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very comfortable, insanely good battery life

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4 years and a trip through the laundry - still going strong
*by L***R on September 28, 2026*

I'm here to make the review I always look for when getting stuff on amazon. I've been using these earbuds for 4 years now, here's my thoughts on them: Sound quality: Solid 3.5/5 Fine. Not the best, definitely not cheap earbud quality either. Very mid, but I'm not super picky. There are settings in the app to adjust the bass and treble and stuff, you're not gonna get super good bass. It'll be fine tho, completely passable even if you're sensitive to crappy audio quality. The noise cancelling is pretty good as well, I've had trouble with transparent mode with all earbuds because my hair knocks into the earbuds and makes everything sound terrible, but it has that capability too. Very solid all around. Battery: 5/5 I lost these things for over a year before I started using them again recently. I opened them up, and the case still had multiple hours of charge left on it. That case will hold that charge for dear life, you will need to pry it from its cold dead battery hands. I never charge these things, and the battery never seems to go down. It must be some kind of magic. I wear them all day at work, 8 hours, 3 days a week. The buds themselves will die on you in that time, but you just need to chuck it back in the case for a couple minutes and you're set. Durability: 5/5 Most incredible of all is what these earbuds have been through. if the case drops, the buds are flying. They'll be fine, but I'll admit it's not fun to chase after them. But! Recently - for context, when I wear them to work, I normally just wear one bud at a time so I can hear customers and so I can rotate them charging in the case - I left one of the earbuds loose in my pants pocket and it ended up going through the wash. Then, a couple days later when I went to work again, I open the case, one is of course not there, and I'm disappointed because I thought I probably lost one of them forever - highly likely, I've had them for so long and they're so small - half way through the day, I go to put my earbud back in my ear, and it doesn't fit in my right ear, and I quickly realize that I just found the left earbud in the pocket I had left it in days prior. The bud was very dead, but on a whim I stuck it back in the case to see if it turned back on. Lo and behold, sounds exactly the same, works exactly the same, it's like nothing even happened! That earbud went through not just the washer, but the dryer too! Long story short - these things are very durable. I don't recommend testing that yourself tho lol Comfort: 3/5 I don't find earbuds in general to be the most comfortable thing, I get ear fatigue really easily, but these are perfectly standard par when it comes to comfortability for me. Part of it is probably up to user error, trying to pick out which tips fit my ears right is hard for me. Earbuds are just more discreet than whole over the ear headphones when I'm working and I'm trying to hide that I'm listening to music lol I've tried sleeping in them, I think you could if you don't move very much and you sleep on your back, but it isn't the best if you're on your side. Passible if you're very desperate tho, I've slept in them. I didn't wake up in them, but I did sleep in them. I'd recommend these to your average person. My music sounds good, noise cancelling when I want it, tiny and portable, and the charge lasts forever. I've been consistently impressed with the couple soundcore products I've gotten over the years, and I'm happy to be able to add a review to assure you these won't poop out on you in less than a year like some other, similar earbuds do ~cough~cough~raycon~cough~
