Better Than AirPods!
These earbuds are probably the best ones that I have tried. After falling victim to the AirPods trend and buying a pair, I ended up returning them less than a week later because they were terrible. I was a little weary to pay a lot of money for another pair of earbuds again, since I am used to paying 30$ or under, but I have to say these were worth their weight in gold. Starting off with the sound, it is absolutely amazing. The sound comes out clear, and the app has so many different specific sound effects you can change it to to suit your needs. The noise cancellation is my favorite, though. I have never had a pair of earbuds genuinely cancel out noise and boy do these do that! As a neurodivergent person, I find outside noises to be very distracting especially when I am trying to do work. These cut out so much of the background noise and they also make naturally loud sounds much more bearable. These earbuds also connect to my phone quicker than any other earbuds I have ever had before, it's almost automatic. I haven't tried switching the bluetooth between two devices yet, but if they can connect to my phone so quickly I don't think they would have any trouble changing devices either. Another one of my favorite things about these earbuds are the battery life. It is fantastic! I have used these earbuds constantly and have never had them go dead, they charge so fast in their case, and after several days of use the case is still almost at full battery! I paid roughly 20$ more so that I could have a "pretty" color since I'm a bit of a color snob and didn't want boring black or white ones. I am so happy I spent the extra money because the green color that I got is absolutely gorgeous. The case is stunning and I like the matte finish that it has.

Very comfortable, insanely good battery life
I love these headphones. I'm not an expert on sound quality and did not feel like dedicating many hours of research into finding the best in my price range, so I made my purchase decision based on the following: name brand, comfort, price, reviews. Brand: I've owned many Anker products and a Soundcore corded headphone. I have loved all of them, and they all still work many years later. When I buy electronics, I first check if Anker sells what I want and I almost always end up buying their version. I'm never disappointed. When I looked for headphones, I checked Anker before searching other brands, then immediately returned to Anker. I don't listen to music professionally and do not need the absolute best in sound technology and therefore cannot justify spending hundreds of dollars on headphones. These fit the bill. Comfort: I originally ordered another pair of Soundcore headphones (the P20i) only to return them. I had not used wireless headphones before, and I picked a kind that looked like most headphones that I see people wear. They had a piece that comes down over the bottom of the ear (what would connect to the wires on a wired set), and I immediately hated it with a passion. I knew I'd never use the headphones at all because they weren't comfortable. I returned them and bought the A40 instead. These are perfect for me. They're comfortable and don't have that annoying plastic piece. Also, I think the rubbery part that goes in your ear is different in the A40, because it's more comfortable there as well. The A40 is just all around better than the P20i's to wear. Price: You really can't beat the price. I paid $45 for them during a sale and it's money well spent. I could have gone cheaper, but I don't think I would have liked them as much and therefore wouldn't use them as often. I also could have paid more for better quality or a different brand, but I don't think the improvement would have been worth it for me. I use them around the house for music, not for work or anything truly listening intensive. Reviews: If 20k people like it, it's bound to be good, right? Most of the time, yes. In this case, it's definitely true. I read a few reviews from people who use these headphones in the way that I do, and they all liked the headphones. I also read some reviews of other, more expensive headphones, and was immediately lost in extreme technical detail and decided I did not need to worry about any of that. Now that I've used the headphones for a while, I am quite pleased with two features I didn't factor into my decision. Battery life: I am quite honestly shocked at how good the battery is. The individual earbuds hold charge, as does the case. Every time you put the earbuds back in the case, it recharges the earbuds from the case. I've charged the case twice in the ten months I've owned it, and the second charge was a 10% top-up. I don't use the headphones all that often, but at this rate I don't think I'll need to charge them for another 2-3 years. In comparison, my old wired Soundcore earbuds need charged every 4-5 days, and I use them slightly more than I use the bluetooth earbuds. Phone app: While the app has a lot of unnecessary things (like AI stuff, just why?), it's also an intuitive app that has the features you want to use front and center. You don't need to have the app to use the headphones, but I think it's the only way to you can activate the noise cancelling feature. There's a dial to adjust the type and how much noise cancelling you want, which is nice. There's also equalizer presets which make a difference in the sound, but the default is perfectly adequate. A bonus feature is a way to personalize the sound from each earbud. I've not done this yet, but I have hearing loss in one ear and I think this feature will help. Overall these are great headphones and I recommend them for general use, especially if you have difficulty finding comfortable earbuds.

4 years and a trip through the laundry - still going strong
I'm here to make the review I always look for when getting stuff on amazon. I've been using these earbuds for 4 years now, here's my thoughts on them: Sound quality: Solid 3.5/5 Fine. Not the best, definitely not cheap earbud quality either. Very mid, but I'm not super picky. There are settings in the app to adjust the bass and treble and stuff, you're not gonna get super good bass. It'll be fine tho, completely passable even if you're sensitive to crappy audio quality. The noise cancelling is pretty good as well, I've had trouble with transparent mode with all earbuds because my hair knocks into the earbuds and makes everything sound terrible, but it has that capability too. Very solid all around. Battery: 5/5 I lost these things for over a year before I started using them again recently. I opened them up, and the case still had multiple hours of charge left on it. That case will hold that charge for dear life, you will need to pry it from its cold dead battery hands. I never charge these things, and the battery never seems to go down. It must be some kind of magic. I wear them all day at work, 8 hours, 3 days a week. The buds themselves will die on you in that time, but you just need to chuck it back in the case for a couple minutes and you're set. Durability: 5/5 Most incredible of all is what these earbuds have been through. if the case drops, the buds are flying. They'll be fine, but I'll admit it's not fun to chase after them. But! Recently - for context, when I wear them to work, I normally just wear one bud at a time so I can hear customers and so I can rotate them charging in the case - I left one of the earbuds loose in my pants pocket and it ended up going through the wash. Then, a couple days later when I went to work again, I open the case, one is of course not there, and I'm disappointed because I thought I probably lost one of them forever - highly likely, I've had them for so long and they're so small - half way through the day, I go to put my earbud back in my ear, and it doesn't fit in my right ear, and I quickly realize that I just found the left earbud in the pocket I had left it in days prior. The bud was very dead, but on a whim I stuck it back in the case to see if it turned back on. Lo and behold, sounds exactly the same, works exactly the same, it's like nothing even happened! That earbud went through not just the washer, but the dryer too! Long story short - these things are very durable. I don't recommend testing that yourself tho lol Comfort: 3/5 I don't find earbuds in general to be the most comfortable thing, I get ear fatigue really easily, but these are perfectly standard par when it comes to comfortability for me. Part of it is probably up to user error, trying to pick out which tips fit my ears right is hard for me. Earbuds are just more discreet than whole over the ear headphones when I'm working and I'm trying to hide that I'm listening to music lol I've tried sleeping in them, I think you could if you don't move very much and you sleep on your back, but it isn't the best if you're on your side. Passible if you're very desperate tho, I've slept in them. I didn't wake up in them, but I did sleep in them. I'd recommend these to your average person. My music sounds good, noise cancelling when I want it, tiny and portable, and the charge lasts forever. I've been consistently impressed with the couple soundcore products I've gotten over the years, and I'm happy to be able to add a review to assure you these won't poop out on you in less than a year like some other, similar earbuds do ~cough~cough~raycon~cough~

Don't tell Apple I said this but ...
... these are better than Apple on many levels. I don't know if audiophiles will agree, but Consumer Reports seems to in the under $200 price range. For regular people, the fact that you can get two sets of these for one pair of competing brands' similar or lesser quality earbuds probably solves the biggest problem of earbuds (they're so small they're easily misplaced). First, I *hate* things in my ears, so I was surprised to find years ago that I really liked Apple earbuds / Airpods for quality and fit. I've owned many, many pairs of wired and one pair of wireless. When my wireless Airpods died, these were on sale and it wasn't a great time to drop $100+ on earbuds. If it weren't Anker / Soundcore I wouldn't have even tried these, the price being so low they made me skeptical (and even the Anker brand is getting sketchy in the lowest priced tier of each item they offer). Right out of the box they fit great, worked well, and I've found the quality and ease of use to be better than Apple. The switching device thingie works way better with these than it ever did with my Apple ones. People I speak to often on the phone tell me they pick up my voice better, and I find I can hear phone calls much better. I also can hear Netflix etc better. When I got these, life was too insane for me to even look at or try the app or the other "ends" ... so insane I can't find these at the moment but given the price and the quality I'm back for a second pair. And once I'm done unpacking and I discover the other set I won't even feel guilty about owning two pair: I'll have one for home and one for office, or more likely a second set for when I've inevitably forgotten to charge the case. Before coming to buy a second set I did check Consumer Reports and considered a set from Apple because I have a gift card from them -- wouldn't hurt to have both an Apple and an Anker pair, no? But as of the writing of this review, this is the only pair of earbuds under $100 that scored 5/5 on noise reduction. For sound quality they're 4/5, and only 3 pairs scored 5/5 (and they're $250-350). Amazon wants me to comment on the appearance, water resistance, compatibility, and carrying case ... Eh, I guess I like that I can choose a color that stands out from wherever I set these, I like that there aren't stems sticking out of my ears (those always make me think of chicken drumsticks). The color selection isn't my favorite but it's consistent with the device manufacturers at the moment. The size and shape of the case are fine. It is difficult to figure out which earbud goes in which socket so I put a dot of nail polish on the right so I can both see and feel it (I always forget to do them one at a time).

Fit great under a motorcycle helmet, and they sound decent
These are pretty good little earbuds! I was initially skeptical after coming from airpod pro gen 1's, but I was absolutely not going to pay that price again. I primarily use bluetooth earbuds when I'm commuting on my motorcycle, and I know it's a weird use case, but these work fantastic. They don't shift around much when you put the helmet on thanks to their small form-factor, and they sound pretty good. Noise cancelling underneath a helmet is genuinely unusable though - the wind noise freaks out the mics and it's no good. Thankfully, in the Soundcore app, you can turn off the shortcut gestures that let you change the listening mode, pause, play, etc. and just use them like regular earbuds. Sound quality isn't amazing, but once you get it tuned in for your personal preferences and type of music, it's really not bad. One of the most impressive things about these is the battery life - I use them pretty often and it seems like I barely have to charge them. We'll see how long that lasts. Overall, these are nice earbuds! Yes, I use them in a weird scenario that a vast majority of people don't use them for, but if you happen to need a pair for your helmet, these are a great pick.

Going Strong!
These headphones are great. These are part of my every day items. I don't like to leave the house without these. (I proof read, and I'm re typing this after, sorry for sounding like an NPC haha). I have asked for a lot of feedback when I'm talking to others, because I want to make sure they aren't getting crazy feedback from my end and wind noise etc. They say I sound very clear, and they do mention some wind noise but I also have the Soundcore P40i. I just got them, and on the app for those, they have a wind reduction option. So honestly, if you want a great LOUD headphone with the Transparent mode also, go with the P40i. If you ride motorcycles especially, I would recommend these, or the soundcore buds that have transparent mode. If you ride with a helmet, these are great to be able to hear horns and ambulances without the price tag of beats, or pods. These headphones are priced so fair. The first pair I bought was the P20i. Over a year ago and still have them and they are working so well still. I just got the P40i the other day and those are the most insane sounding ear buds I've ever used. They have the most bass and clear sounding vocals I've ever heard on a headphone. Go Soundcore, go with the in the ear, ear buds though. Don't get the old school apple white corded ear phones, get the in the ear with the replaceable tips. I am in welding school and it gets loud. These help get rid of most of the noise, and have protected my ears from Sparks as well as slag(hardened flux that protects the weld, but is still soooo hot). :) if you're a reader, I hope we had some fun till now, and if not, sorry lol. Take care friends and please, give soundcore a try, their quality isn't defined by their cost. In this case, a fair cost for a GREAT product. Edit: I absolutely dislike when you accidentally drop the case. It violently opens up and the headphones launch out of it... It's one of the most ridiculous and dramatic things I've seen from electronics lol. That's my only complaint, make the not have a door that has a lot of pressure to open back up from the hinge lol. Literally shoots open and launches the headphones from like a 2 ft drop on carpet.... serious??? I shouldn't drop it, but I'm human! Lol! Edit:... Worth the occasional headphone and case pop fly lol. Like a 6 month review and these things are so great. Best headphones ever, and so comfortable after the initial 2 weeks for your ears to get used to them. They'll be a little irritated if you don't use ear buds a lot. Transparent mode is very close to real time sound. Edit Jan 5, 2025: Still my favorite headphones. They dropped like 6 inches onto the carpet and did the most dramatic jack in the box pop out. It was ridiculous. Still 10/10 Edit Mar 3,2026 Same pair, still going strong! Wearing them right now while writing his review. Battery life for the ear buds is a 7.5/10. Battery life for the case is definitely a solid 9/10. Might need to clean off the charging terminals with a Q tip. I’ve noticed that sometimes my right one doesn’t charge (I use it the most) and I just slightly clean the terminals after a few months, and it immediately receives a charge. Update: August 30, 2026. Still going strong, and shooting out of the case when I drop them lol.. Best headphones I have ever used, ever. Battery is max at 80% max charge on right ear, because my most used side, but other than that, absolutely wonderful earbuds.

Good sound quality earbuds for the non-active lifestyle.
I have a Love hate relationship with these. First let me say I've had a pair of Life dot 2's and A1's both also made by anker but with a slightly more active design that incorporated Rubber buttons, And Silicone Ear flares of different sizes to help hold them in. These Space A40's do not have as strong of a bass as the Soundcore life dot 2's or A1's they do have a cleaner very clear sound so If you like classical slow music or podcasts watching movies etc they're good there, and the Noise canceling is awesome. They also feature a small very compact case and they look very sleek with the black and silver. Now for the cons that keep my opinion of them for my own use on the fence after having them for long enough to use them for everything. These do not have bottons. they are touch sensitive and sometimes do not register the amount of times you touch them, so you get the wrong input meaning I wanted to change the volume and instead skipped my song, or vise versa very annoying. They also feature a completely plastic body with only silicone utilized for the tip. so They're quick to fall out of your ears if you exercise or work up any kind of sweat, and when you touch them to adjust them in your ear they usually do something you didn't want them to do because of the touch sensitive design instead of buttons lol... They also are only IPX4 rated which is only water resistant in the case of water or sweat getting on them, so if you drop them in water they're likely toast unlike the Life dot 2's which are IPX5 and The A1's which were IPX7 rated meaning fully submersible for a small period. My overall assessment of the Space A40 earbuds is these are great for low activity users who are not intending on having a real strong bass and want clear audio with good noise canceling and a good battery life. I think for the price they're good compared to other makers but I feel like it's a shame that anker has made very similar earbuds in the past (lacking the compact case and sound canceling) that were more water resistant, stayed in your ear better and Had physical buttons for roughly $20 less and they discontinued them leaving these the most similar design which unfortunately just falls short for the people like me who like relaxing at home or on your work break listening to music, podcasts, shows etc and then later going for a jog or lifting weights because of their lack of retention in your ears and the buttonless design. I will keep using these as they're great, where they're good. but for the active lifestyle they leave you wanting more in places their previous similar models didn't.

Worked great until recently
I ordered these in Feb, '26 and was immediately impressed with them. The sound quality is quite good and while 10 hours of playtime is a bit of a stretch (In reality, I've managed to get roughly 8.5-9 hours, so not TOO much of a stretch), they easily lasted long enough on a single charge. I can't speak to the 50 hours claim, as I just keep the case plugged in. The fit is solid without any discomfort issues that I've experienced with other wireless earbuds. I have worn these while working out and had no trouble whatsoever with them. The ability to personalize the sound to your specific hearing profile is most excellent, and a greatly appreciated feature. Unfortunately within the last week or two the left earbud has gotten significantly quieter than the right, enough so that having the silicone pad on the left earbud is enough to muffle the sound to near silence. Thoroughly cleaning it has not helped, neither has altering any settings, so this will need to be replaced after just 7 months of ownership. To be fair to them, however, in that time I have racked up over 2000 hours of usage on them, but I definitely miss the days when a pair of earbuds would last for years.

Great value for money
I lost my AirPods and wanted to buy a replacement without spending too much. Read glowing reviews online and went ahead and bought on Amazon.SG. Delivery was very quick, setting up was easy and works as promised. Noise cancellation is reasonably good too.

Amazing Mic and Sound quality
Great value for money, amazing base, perfect mic, very light on ears. i used to use Samsung Galaxy bud 2 Pro but after using Soundcore A40, i have realised it is much better in terms of call quality, music perhaps the same (but in nearly half the price of samsung buds). 3D sound is not so great though, but overall great music and call experience.

Brilliantly useful, and superb quality
MUCH BETTER THAN THEY HAVE RIGHT TO BE! £45, that's what I paid for them 7 November 2025. Next to them, I have a pair of Bowers & Wilkins Pi8 earphones that cost £349. They sound the same, which is absolutely great. But consider their price - £45!! The noise cancellation got a great workout tonight on the train with crying babies, train noise etc - absolutely great. The sound quality is great. But here is where it gets interesting; The Soundcore Space A40 just WORK. Dual device connection, and if I'm watching on the TV, it is also connected to my phone. If I send messages on my phone, the earphones just prioritise the TV. Whereas my expensive B&W drop the TV sound for a brief moment to try play the send message tune. The Soundcore has a very advanced EQ range of settings. You can turn off touch control buttons to name a few. The ear bud tips come in a variety of sizes, making for a comfortable fit - even while you're sleeping on your side on them! To be clear; I bought a set of earbuds for 7x the price of these Soundcore Space A40 and the Soundcore is absolutely better value for money. It has a great deal more functionality than the others and the design looks and feels premium. This is my 5th set of Soundcore ear/head phones (others I lost or stepped on). I doubt I'll buy anything other than Soundcore from now on
