For it to work the machine would have to have adjustable pedals. Would also be good to be able to move the hand pedal out of the way when putting feet in the pedal straps but that requires a second person.

**Q: Can you use the exercise bike from a wheelchair**
A: Hello, it should be able to be used in a wheelchair. This electric exercise bike can be adjusted according to the height of the user's seat:
1. The height can be adjusted in 4 levels, and the adjustment range is 77-98cm
2. The upper limb movement can be adjusted forward and backward, with a total of 3 gears

**Q: Are the arms and legs both motorized and does it come with the braces for your feet and legs?**
A: The hands/arms and legs are motorized.  
There are braces for the legs which bolt on and straps to secure the legs/feet as in the photo.  There is a glove that can attached the hands to the arm exerciser. 
Person using should have some ability to move the legs to pedal (or have someone help them ) and to rotate the arms exerciser.

**Q: What is the recommended chair height?**
A: Since everyone's height and leg length are different, there is no specific recommendation for the height of the chair. It is recommended that the user's comfort be the premise

I thought it would be great for me as I am currently quadriplegic and need something to exercise my legs and my arms passively… It does not work I cannot get the legs working but it works good for the arms. It would not rotate my legs. I ended up sending it back and got my refund.
