Too early maybe
Maybe it's too early to judge been taking for only a week. Easy to swallow, and no bad taste. Haven't really noticed any real changes in sleep or otherwise.

🍼 Boosted milk production & increased fat content!!! 🍼
Moringa Capsules, 800mg Organic Moringa Oleifera Leaves Powder Superfood Greens. Whole Nature's Pure Moringa Pills is A Vegan, Non-GMO Energy Booster and Immune Support Supplement (1) 💮 This 30 day supply of 800mg Organic Moringa Capsules from Whole Nature arrived quickly and in excellent condition. My daughter requested this to assist with milk production for her infant son. She has been using moringa since he was born 7 months ago and her milk production is impressive, as much as 8 ounces or more during pumping…ON EACH SIDE!!! It not only boosted her production, it also significantly increased the fat content. Her milk is almost 50% fat!!! It is perfect for her baby. I will update this review, if she has any information she would like to add. At the time I ordered this 30 day supply of 800mg Organic Moringa Capsules from Whole Nature, it was competitively priced at 60¢ per day. I am happy with this order and I highly recommend. 🤗 Thank you so much for taking the time to read this review, have a FANTASTIC day!!😊 5★

No issues so far
The capsules are a standard vitamin size, not hard to swallow, there’s no after taste. I haven’t had any issues with them. Mornings oleifera leaves have 7 times more vitamin C than oranges and 15 times more potassium than bananas. It also has calcium, protein, iron, and amino acids, which help your body heal and build muscle. It's also packed with antioxidants, substances that can protect cells from damage and may boost your immune system. Moringa might also help decrease inflammation and reduce pain. Moringa is used for asthma, diabetes, breast-feeding, and many other purposes, but there is no good scientific evidence to support these uses.
