When slicing tomatoes be a little more aggressive to make a clean cut. **Q: Is this hard on your hands & wrist pushing it down?** A: No it’s not hard to move up and down as it’s spring loaded so returns to the top on its own! Only need to push down, will pop back up by itself. **Q: Does this dice in 1 swoop or is it still a 2 step process? Slice, reload sliced and then dice? Thanks in advance** A: I recently received this so I am still getting used to it but I think it is a 2 step to dice. I cant see how it would dice without reloading. **Q: Can this grate raw beets?** A: This is not a grater. Slices great though. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent, very efficient, easy to use & clean *by I***A on 29 June 2026* I refuse to buy « pre » minced meat even at the butchery because I want not fat at all, just lean meat. It can all go in the dishwasher, although I have found food gets stuck in places that are pretty inaccessible and difficult to clean. I use this for making chips for the air fryer, but don't bother getting it out for most quick dishes as it's quicker to use a knife! Nice that the unit folds up, but there are lots of parts that need to be kept together in your cupboard, so maybe easy to mislay an important bit? Maybe that's just me! ## Frequently Bought Together - ONCE FOR ALL Upgrade Safe Mandoline Slicer Plus, Biger Size, Adjustable Vegetable Food Chopper Potato Fries Cutter, Detachable Blade, Kitchen Chopping Artifact, Gift (SkyBlue) - Starfrit Rotato Express Electric Peeler - 2 Spare Blades - Safe & Easy to Use - Effortlessly Peels Vegetables and Fruit - ONCE FOR ALL Safe Mandoline Slicer 5 in 1 Vegetable Cutter, Strips Julienne Dicer Adjustable Thickness 0.1-8 mm for Kitench Fast Meal Prep (Red) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.no/products/461158104-upgraded-mandoline-slicer-blue](https://www.desertcart.no/products/461158104-upgraded-mandoline-slicer-blue) --- *Product available on Desertcart Norway* *Store origin: NO* *Last updated: 2026-10-26*
