**Q: Is it possible to get another silver mirror "6".  I just received it today and accidentally cracked the mirror trying to adjust it on the black part.**
A: This is a question for Amazon or the seller but I think you should be able to get a totally new clock because providing the best customer service is what brings consumers like us back to purchase more products.

**Q: I would like the clock smaller then the 39'.  What the smallest size that the clock can be?**
A: Thank you for your question. We suggest that the clock diameter is not shorter than 24.4", as the hole of the minute hand from its long side is 12.2".

A: Hi, sorry for the issue. This wall clock comes with two-year warranty. Please contact us and we will free resend it for you.  (Vangold-service@hotmail.com)

**Q: Is the adhesive on the numbers too strong.? I don't want the paint to come off. Can I use glue dots instead to stick the numbers?**
A: The adhesive is very strong. Before you place your numbers for the clock, using the paper clock guide included with the clock, map out where your numbers will be first. Then using just rolled scotch or painters tape, temporarily place your numbers and adjust as needed. Once you have marked the final positioning of your numbers, you can peel off the the backing or you may use another adhesion method but I would still recommend peeling off the backing and sticking the numbers on black construction paper or something that will provide a good surface to stick other adhesion methods too. Also make sure that you wipe down the area where you are planning to put the clock. Doing this will ensure no dust or other contaminates mess with the adhesive. Glue dots or I've also used the 3M strips which work very well and do no damage to painted wall surfaces. This project will take some time to accomplish, but it will be worth it.

Looks great but use the secure fitting not the self adhesive one, fell off and smashed the clock part but they sent me free replacement parts, excellent customer service

I really enjoy admiring this addition to my new kitchen, its practical and finishes off the design beautifully. Very easy to assemble if you follow the video guide and the ruler ensures the measurements are correct. You have different clocks to choose from and the seller is excellent. The size of the clock can be altered to suit your wall, my wall is relatively small but if you had a hotel with a large plain wall, you could have three clocks alongside each other with different time zones such as Ireland, USA and Australia....I have seen this done before and it looks very smart plus would be very useful for tourists.
