Both the hose and complete mounting bracket including the ball are very cheap plastic and not the stainless and brass as detailed in the description. These people are crooks. **Q: How do you remove the flow restrictor?** A: Unscrew the shower head and remove the plastic flow restrictor disc with a dental pick or similar tool. Don't lose the rubber washer. **Q: What is the GPM of this shower head?** A: It’s a 10 setting shower head . Works great , perfect pressure and easy to install ! You turn the face part of the detachable head to get the pressure you like and enjoy the best shower you will ever have . Had mine for a few months worth every penny . **Q: At each end of the hose there are red plastic pieces that prevent me from attaching the hose to the mount and the shower head. How do I remove them?** A: My shower head had white ones on each end of the hose if I remember correctly I just pulled them off n it wasn’t easy for me since I don’t have a man to help with stuff like this but I managed to do it n for the record I did it all by myself n I’m not very young either so you can do it yourself n it may take you a few minutes but you can do it just maybe turn the hose around the other way n see what happens n it might work better other than that I’m not sure best of luck to you maybe go over your instructions again n see what it shows about the hose n please let me know what you did I’m curious to know if you got your shower head put up right ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great purchase *by H***I on April 8, 2026* Easy to install. It was worth it and I wouldn't hesitate to buy again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding *by P***A on September 20, 2022* This is so much better than the cheesy plastic one we had before it. With the old one, changing the settings was a bit of a pain, the dial was very stiff, and it didn't take long for it to start getting gross around the nozzles either. Then, one day, I dropped it and the little arm that you use for changing settings broke off, thankfully, causing us to get another one. Thankfully, because that led me to finding this one. The dial is so smooth and easy to turn and the arm isn't plastic, so I don't worry about it breaking off. For the size, it seems light, and it's very easy to install. We paid about the same price for both of them, so, I would say that this is a very good value for the money. I like that it has self-cleaning nozzles, we'll see how that holds up in the long run but, for now, I'm not seeing any kind of buildup around any of them. The only negative thing I can say is that I wish the hose was a little longer but, that's on me. With my disability, I have to shower sitting on a bench and this is just barely long enough for me to get the job done. When I read the description, I was sure that it would be plenty long enough, but was quite surprised when I saw how much shorter it is than the old one. Again though, that's on me, I should have done some measuring first but, I'm kind of glad I didn't, we wouldn't have ended up with this outstanding handheld showerhead otherwise!
